SLA
General Guidelines
Pricing must be accepted by RealTechee in writing prior to commencing any work.
Any change order must be approved by RealTechee in writing.
Participate in project KOM (kick off meeting).
Follow the signed scope of work provided by the RealTechee for every project.
Project includes labor will be given 1 years warranty service for any workmanship related issues.
All projects communication (progress reporting, photos, color samples etc.) must be done using the link below under the relevant project.
Accounting
Submit all completion forms to the relevant PM for payment approval.
Submit all invoices for complete units /items to RealTechee accounting by Wednesday at 2pm PST.
Account payable is every Friday, all approved invoices are paid via E-check.
Communication
Material Vendors
Will call – RealTechee project coordinator will send specific instructions including quantity, color and other description, along with a SO #. Be sure to pick up material per directions provided by the PM. Contact the PM if there is any issue.
Delivery – Inspect the material and product and notify of any damage right after delivery. Send the PM the packing list/BOL or any paperwork provided by the shipper.
Account payable is every Friday, all approved invoices are paid via E-check.
Customers
New information or new requests from the job site needs to be directed to the PM. Do not proceed with any changes until the PM provides directions
Do not discuss pricing with the client.
Do not discuss schedule with the client as well as any other coordination.
Project Package
Signed agreement by the customer including scope of work.
Payment terms between RealTechee and contractor.
Every project starts with a kick of meeting. In this meeting the PM will review the scope of work.
Scope of work must be confirmed by the contractor prior to work start.
Design specification (color schemes, materials, etc.) must be confirmed by the contractor prior to work start.
Project Package Execution
Provide stages sequence, schedule and installation dates.
Contractor needs to assign a project manager, present at the job-site at all time.
Take daily pictures at the job-site and loan them into the project CRM.
RealTechee rep. will arrive to inspect the quality of work and progress, periodically.
RealTechee inspection of the work does not replace the contractor inspection
RealTeche rep. will mark the areas needed additional attention as well as sent it to the contractor by email.
Remnants must be kept at all time of the project.
Compliance
Applicable license (B or any other as required by the scope of work).
General Liability insurance including auto insurance and subrogation
Worker’s compensation insurance.
Bond.
OSHA compliance.
Safety Plan.
Signed NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.
